David A. Morel  

David Morel is an author with the spiritual gifts of teaching and evangelism.  He served for over 10 years at the international headquarters of one of the largest missionary outreach ministries in the world today.  He has traveled extensively to 42 U.S. States as well as the countries of Ethiopia, India, Mexico, Russia, Uganda, and the Ukraine.  See Pictures  Throughout his travels, he has witnessed thousands of people make professions of faith in Jesus Christ.  David has recruited over 4,000 people for evangelistic outreach and has helped train several thousand people in Biblical evangelism.  Many of them are now leading others to Christ.  See Testimonies

David has been published or quoted in Dr. David Jeremiah's Turning Point Magazine, in LifeWay's ParentLife Magazine, in IBSA Prayer Ministries, the UMC General Board of Discipleship online, in The Baptist and Reflector newspaper, on Christian Cable Ministries - Channel 20 in Aberdeen, Washington, and in the Lausanne World Pulse Magazine, which is a partnership of ministries including the Billy Graham Center and Wheaton College. 

Early in his Christian walk, David experienced years of frustration in personal witnessing.  Finally, he came to the understanding emphasized in this book – that it is God who opens the door to salvation.   See Verses   As this understanding took hold in his life, things began to change, and people came to Christ.  David carries an incredible passion for one-on-one personal witnessing to those who are lost.  

God has called David to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12) by teaching the simple method of Biblical evangelism found in this book.  He has spoken to many different groups of people regarding these personal evangelism principles.  See Itinerary  These principles are effective around the world, regardless of culture or language, since they are not evangelism techniques, but rather Biblical evangelism.  

David A. Morel is the founder of Biblical Evangelism Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry.  Biblical Evangelism Ministries has been called by God to help mobilize the body of Christ to make disciples by equipping Christians to effectively share the gospel locally and globally.  David is also co-author of the reference material in the Life Reference Manual, which is a New Testament designed specifically for evangelism.
